How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days within the United States and 7–15 business days internationally, depending on your location.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Velvet & Vine offers free standard shipping on all orders. There are no additional shipping charges at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use it on our Track Your Order page to follow your shipment.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. We also provide:
- Free return shipping
- No restocking fees
- No final sale items
How do I request a return?
To start a return, contact us with:

- The item you want to return
- Reason for return
We will provide a prepaid return label and instructions.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this period, your order may already be processed and shipped.
To request cancellation, contact us immediately.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
